Practice Leader – Information Technology

Joe is a highly experienced technology industry leader that has presided over many full-scale IT projects over his broad 20-year career.  Other consulting environments included Detroit’s Big-3 Automakers; he has  coached customer-driven engineering techniques for several clients, including:  The U.S. Army, State Department, NASA, IRS, Raytheon, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harley-Davidson, to name a few.

Joe was one of the earliest developers of a customer-driven engineering method called “QFD Designer®”; additionally, He has developed patented technology assets that propel our talent acquisition models to a level beyond our industries largest and most resourced competitors. Joe heads the technology application and integration supporting our HR solutions.

B.S. Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
