Practice Leader – HR Management
Denise’s 15-year career path has tracked through companies big and small, including several closely-held business environments. She designs policies and procedures, launches employee engagement models and implements organizational development techniques within both legacy employer and fast-growing company environments.
Competency wise, she covers the gambit. Denise has experience in employee relations, labor compliance and guidance, HRIS, FMLA, HIPPA, Applicant Tracking and EEOC related matters. Additionally, she’s seasoned in mentoring, process assessment, compensation modeling and training. Denise currently teaches Business and HR Management at Oakland University.
